Submit file electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org (if not included).
Required file formats for Display Ads: PDF, EPS, or JPG.
PDF files must be saved as a minimum of 300 dpi. Pricing is for colored ads. Fonts must be embedded in file.
An additional fee of $75 will be charged if the display ad must be resized or converted to a correct file format by CPTA.
CPTA reserves the right to restrict, edit, or reject any
requested ad according to the present or future policy of the CPTA Board. An excerpt of current policy is available upon request.
A $25 fee will apply for ads cancelled after the ad close date.
CPTA is unable to accept ads for placement in the Newsletter, or on the CPTA Website (www.ccapta.org) for continuing education courses that are held three weekends prior to two weekends after the CPTA Annual
Conference (usually held in the fall).
